MDC offers measurement services based on the equipment and software that we manufacture. Whether to supplement in-house measurements or to verify equipment operation, MDC can provide these measurements:

C-V plotting for semiconductor devices
Dit tests for MOS devices
CVBT tests for mobile ion measurements
TVS tests for high sensitivity mobile ion measurements and ionic species detection
Dielectric Constant tests for insulators
Current-Voltage and GOI measurements for insulators
Doping Profile tests for implants, epi, semi-insulating, HEMT, and bulk material
Photovoltaic parameters, effeciency
Electrochemical measurements such as Cyclic Voltammetry and Galvanostatic Charging
